Survivor Heroes Versus Villains May 6 Vote - Associated Content

Candice and Danielle Voted Out Villains Begone

Survivor has been one of the hit reality series but has been less than stellar the last few seasons. Uit is safe to say that Survivor is back! Survivor Heroes versus Villains has been one of the best seasons of the hit reality series. Each week brings a familiar set of challenges and new surprises. Blindsides, backstabs and brutality in the physical challenges has made the season memorable. The latest season has proven to reveal a number of surprises that few could have expected.

Events from the previous episode
Danielle found the clue to the hidden Immunity Idol and shared the clue with the rest of the Villains. Russell was able to find the Idol but chose not to share the information with the rest of his tribe. Russell did show the Immunity Idol to Candice in an attempt to sway her to vote with the Villains. Russell's plan worked and Candice sided with the Villains. Candice was convinced to vote against the Heroes and help vote out Amanda.

Jerri won Immunity in the House of Cards challenge and the scrambling began once the tribe reached camp. The Heroes were planning to vote for either Parvarti or Russell. The plan failed because Candice betrayed the alliance and voted for Amanda. Amanda Kimmel was last week's cast off. The previews promise two people voted out this week along with some additional surprises.

May 6 Events
Survivor throws yet another set of twists to the game for the remaining Heroes and Villains. There were two separate Immunity challenges. These challenges prove to be the most pivotal yet for the game. The first challenge involved balance and stamina with a tub of colored liquid above the heads of the survivors. The challenge was made more interesting with the fact that Jeff Probst began tempting the survivors with food to step out of the challenge.

Parvati refused to take the bait and won the first Immunity. Candice was voted out in the first council. Candice betrayed the Heroes alliance and paid the price for it. Her old allies voted for her because she betrayed them and her new allies voted her out because she was not trust worthy.

Coverage of veterans appreciated - Desert Sun

My compliments to your paper on getting pretty complete international, national and local news out in an area that's not exactly a large, urban community.

We come here for a couple months in the winter and our first trip each morning is a walk to get the paper. I especially have appreciated the series on World War II folks. They are all real heroes, no matter where they served, as it was all important. Many of them took a big chunk of their lives to protect our freedoms.

Let's hope Washington doesn't continue to insist on taking them away.
